feat: messaging (#7)

* feat: messaging

* fix: some things

* feat: make it actually working

* feat: disable messaging by default

* fix: avoid infinity loop

* feat: multiple channels

* remove todo message

* fix: global channel should be lighteco:messages

* fix: check if CHANNELS not null

* refactor: set channels in constructor

* fix: push user updates on quit when user is dirty
